Logistics Transport Coordinator

Miles Express is looking for a Transport Operations Coordinator to keep our transport and logistics running like clockwork. If you’re organised, quick-thinking, and love solving problems, this could be your perfect fit.

What you’ll do:

• Plan and schedule transport routes and daily deliveries
• Coordinate with internal teams, drivers, and clients
• Monitor shipments, vehicle movement, and driver performance
• Solve delivery issues quickly and keep operations running smoothly
• Maintain transport records, reports, and documentation
• Help optimise routes and reduce transport costs

What we’re looking for:

• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Clear and confident communication
• Knowledge of logistics or transport regulations (logistics software is a plus)
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
